Is it Ok to have another branded HDD in your system?

I'm trying to cut costs on my new PC and on my bad PC i have a 1Tb WD Blue HDD and In my new PC im putting in 2 Seagate Barracuda 2Tb Drives is that Ok?

Yeah, it's like mixing Heinz mustard with Hellman's mayonnaise. The hard drives don't have to talk to each other, just to the motherboard, so there's no need to worry about multiple brands. My main rig has seven hard drives, a mix of WD, Hitachi, and Toshiba, with a Samsung SSD, and the only issues are the normal risk of a hard drive dying.
