is it ok to keep cool n quiet on my fx 6300 overclocked?

i have my fx 6300 at 4.5ghz at 1.43v under full load which i set. i also have cool n quiet enabled so it downclocks my cpu on idle and lowers voltage and makes it 4.5ghz and 1.43 when i play a game. i had no problems with this so should i just keep it on?

As long as you dont have heat issues and it stress tests ok, the OC should be fine, the voltages seem right for the processor.
