I have some trading software running and i can't have my computer off while it runs

I have some trading software running and i can't have my computer off while it runs

My systems are ON 24/7.
The only time there are OFF is for maintenance, or if I'm on vacation.
Been that way for years.

There is no real need to turn it off. With that said, make SURE that you are doing routine scheduled maint. about opening and cleaning dust and such from the case/fans/coolers/PSU.

One of my friends just had a computer blow up that has been on mostly continually for the last 23 some odd years....

Yeah, i just opened up my rig a lil while ago and dusted it off w/t compressed air

Be very careful with air compressors; one drop of moisture in the wrong spot can render your rig a useless door stop!
