Can I safely sell a banner I designed that has an Image in it with "MIT License"?
is it Legal?

or a Piece of code/software with MIT license, can I take it & use it as a part of a paid app?

sorry if I'm in wrong place asking this (I'm not sure)!

Sure you can, provided that you include a MIT copyright notice in the package.

You can sell things in almost all copy left/open licenses. Copy right is the thing that restricts you.

Even GPL can be sold. The only difference from selling GPL instead of MIT is that you have to also provide the source for the improvements you added. Nothing else (besides the common to both: mention the license and provide source).

You can do anything with something licensed with the MIT License provided that you include the copyright and license it came with.

The license itself is an easy read, thankfully:
