is it ok to put 4gb ram 60mhz and 4gb ram 1600mhz ?

its shows that my memory running at 665mhz ? how can i increase it ?

Being a DDR type of memory, it means it is actually 1333mhz. DDR = double data RAM. So you need to multiply the value with 2.
