Is it ok to sit really close to the computer or pc tower?

Hey, I've had my pc for about a year now and due to my room I sit pretty close to it (about at least 2 feet and the computer sits at chair height) and its been a concern of mines for a while now. I have a water cooler in the computer and radiator is sitting at the top just underneath the tower vent facing out from the top of the computer.

I just want to know if its safe to sit this close to a computer with a radiator that is blowing air out 2 feet away from me.

I don't smell anything strange from how close I sit to it btw.

Yes a PC shouldn't be leaking any kind of toxic fumes. Most people sit right next to their PC. Also last I checked breathing slightly warm air wasn't a health hazard.

it might however be concentrating dust etc. which for most people would be no problem, for asthmatics, those with dust allergies not so great, by the solution is simple to turn the unit so that the venting fan faces away from you.
