Not 'all' of the time. Naturally when the laptop is idling or doing easy tasks, you would not expect the fans to be at full pelt.
What laptop is it? Make/model?
Yes, prolonged use at full speed will no doubt reduce lifespan of fans, but probably not hardware (CPU/GPU etc). Are the fans running at 100% because of heavy tasks? Are you forcing the fans to run at 100%?
The laptop fans themselves are working normally
I am talking about the laptop cooler fans (external fans) , I can control their speed, would it harm the laptop if I run them at full speed all the time
