Is it okay for my AiO pump to run at variable speeds?

Just wondering, as I was looking into making my pc more silent.
I'm running a Thermaltake Ultimate 3.0.

There's no problem with that.

Check the user's manual for the cooler. It will provide a recommendation. Some pumps are supposed to run at 100% all the time.
