Is it okay if my CPU heatsink is very close to the RAM?

Yeah, perfectly fine as long as its not pressuring the RAM slot.

Alright great, thank you. There's absolutely no pressure being put on the RAM or RAM slot beneath it. There's roughly 2-3cm of space between the heatsink and RAM slot.
