Question Is it okay to buy the same ram sticks separately

Trying to buy a 2x8 DDR3 1600MHz Kingston HyperX FURY Blue, as I was told it was the best option for an around 80euro budget for the PC listed below.
But it is an incredibly overpriced kit (110euro) in the places I found I can buy it from.
Since, I can't order from amazon in Bulgaria, I have no choice.

I found a solution however, I found the same RAM stick but only 1x8.
It is worth 35euro, double it and it becomes the normal 70 euro price.
Will it be okay or is it a problem?

My PC specs:
CPU: Intel i7-4790 @ 3.60GHz
GPU: GTX 1070 mini
Mobo: Gigabyte B85M-D2V
HDD: Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-08M2NA0
RAM: Some old 8gb
OS: Win10

It might work, or it might not. Or it will work but it will run at lower speeds or you will have stability issues. No one can give you an answer if it will work. RAM is sold it kits because they are matched at the factory for compatibility. Sorry.

Kingston does not guarantee compatibility of modules purchased as Single modules in any configuration other than as Single module.

Since you can make any combinations you want, you can do your own compatibility testing with no guarantees.
