Is it okay to get G.Skill RGB Trident ram with Ryzen Gigabyte Gaming K7 motherboard?

I've heard tons of stories of people having issues with this ram in AM4 motherboards. It looks so good and I really want it so I'm wondering if the issues have been worked out through bios updates or something. I'm on the Gigabyte Gaming K7 motherboard with the latest bios installed.

And download the 'Memory Support List' for Ryzen processors. Look for your SPECIFIC RAM modules in that list.

For the AM4 boards I would only buy memory on their QVL that has been tested wit the board they can be a bit picky on the memory used.

I looked at that list and there was one set of g.skill rgb ram in there that was listed. Guess I'm going to have to get that.
