I have a good 1080p ultra settings gaming PC/bitcoin miner. Is it okay to have the fans on my gpu (MSI gtx 1060 3G) going full speed all the time? Will my gpu last longer than the fans? thanks.
Everything has a usable lifetime. The fans on your GPU are no stranger to this rule. For example the fans on my GTX 980 Ti don't even turn on until the GPU gets to a certain high temp. I think this is done to prolong the fans' life.
As long as ur OK with the noise, so what, replacement fans are relatively cheap. As far as the GPU, or eny electronics for that matter, the lower the temp, the happier they are.

youre going to shorten the lifespan of the fan, but theres nothing really wrong with doing that if thats what you want
heavily overclocked and mining 2.30 dollars a day at 120 degrees F or less. So I might be able to just replace them... I'll hit ground zero with this card in 3.4 to 3.7 months so as long as the fans last that long im good.
