Is it okay to plug my case fans into my psu?

Are you sure that it won't damage my system even if I am planning to upgrade and game with the case and power supply and while my fans are connected to the power supply?

It's safe to use molex to power fans , they just run at full speed.

No danger to your system.

I've been looking for a way to power multiple fans off of the PSU and still have the mobo control the fans. If that is what you want, instead of them running at 100% then this is something you might need. It took forever for me to find but so happy I did 😀

If the fans that i have are running max and will only make my system loud and not harm it I am fine plugging my fans into my PSU but I will keep your suggestion in mind

One more little question....The picture of the PSU shows the peripherals having a five pin not a four pin? Would that still allow my molex four pin case fan connectors to still be able to be connected to those five pin peripherals?

BTW those peripheral connectors should allow me to plug in my four pin molex case fans correct? just to be sure

The five pin plugs into the PSU , the 4 pins are attached to it.

oh so for the peripheral connectors one has a five pin while the other has a 4 pin huh? makes it much clearer now...I was going to ask you about high end graphics cards fitting the case I have but that is another question for another day
