My keyboard is pretty dirty and I don't have a key caps puller nor a brush and I'm wondering if I can use electronic air duster

My keyboard
Can you please pass on the make and model of your keyboard? I tend to teardown my entire (mechanical)keyboard to give it a proper cleaning, as in deep cleaning. Taking off keycaps, soaking in them a mild soapy water, to loosen the dirt/debris off the keycaps and then use a detailing brush in a circular motion to clean said keycaps.

As for the chassis, I take it apart and use a said soapy water solution and detailing brush to agitate the surface to remove dirt and oils off of said parts. Mind you, I don't get the PCB wet, just the outer shell, and keycaps.

Canned air is safe. A compressor on the other hand, isn't as that can cause static electricity to short out your device.

I don't have a key caps puller nor a brush
You can use two small screwdrivers to help lift the keycaps off the switch, mind you. To add, you might want to invest in the right tools for the job, they'll help make your investments last longer...

30 years or more I have been using the exhaust side of my shopvac. How does the grease accumulate? Massive neglect I imagine. Nary a failure or loose components flying off into oblivion. Keyboard, clean as a whistle.
Tried and true Craftsman 3.0H.P. Wet/Dry. It whips the dust bunnies rear end. Once every few months.. Outdoors of course.

I don't believe in using compressed anything since it just blows the dirt around and further into the keyboard. A non-metallic plastic vacuum nozzle is my preferred method.
Agreed on no compressed air.
Vacuum though it can build up a static charge unless using a "special" vac that is grounded to prevent the heat (dry air) around the bristles building up. Some electronics are sensitive and others not.

My advice, don't be a degenerate eating Cheetos while gaming if you currently are. If you live in a dusty or pet environment get a keyboard cover. On occasions when needed, pull the keys with a cap puller and lightly brush it off.

I rarely eat while using my keyboard and I do have 2 pets and so its mainly hair and dust that has built up over the 2 years I've owned it
