[SOLVED] is it okay to use ddr4 - 3200 ram for ryzen 5 2400g

im confused if i can or cannot use 3200 speed ram on the ryzen 2400g . ive read that it is or you have to overclock with your motherboard . if someone could clarify it for me i would really appreciate it

Yes it is OK.
Without OCing it'll run as fast as the mobo lets it, with OCing it's rated up to 3200, but you could do more.
Ryzen benefits from the fastest ram you can get for it.

Depends on your motherboard. What are your system specs?

The faster the RAM frequency the better Ryzen will perform. yes 3200MHZ is good to go with ryzen 2400g
