Question Is it okay to use the RX 6700 XT with pigtailed PCIE connector?

Hi, currently I am looking to upgrade my RX 6600 XT to a RX 6700 XT but I am worried that my PSU didn't have enough juice to supply the card given that it has a pigtailed 2x 6+2 PCIE connector

My PC Specs are:
Core i5 10400F, 4x 4GB DDR4 2666, ASRock B460M Steel Legend, 2 drives, 1 NVME, 4 case fans.

PSU: Corsair CX650M 80+ Bronze

The PSU itslef should deliver enough power but my concerns are mainly the power connector. I heard that this is now a common practice across mabufacturers and the cables are rated for a higher wattage in a single rail. The bottom line is should it be fine or should I upgrade my PSU? It is fine. This is the commonly used configuration these days for many power supplies especially budget models. While it's not the greatest PSU out there it's decent enough as a mediocre one. You are not going to be pulling anything near that unit's capacity and so you should be totally fine.
