Is it Okay?

Im Currently having trouble finding a motherboard because I will be buying a R9 270X which needs a PCIe 3.0 all the motherboards I see are PCI 2.

My question is:

1.) Is it okay if I'll plug it in to a PCI 2.0 slot? what will happen?
2.)Same is through with a SATA 3 Hard Drive to a SATA 2 Motherboard
3.) a 1600Mhz Memory to a 1333Mhz memory motherboard?

*Im from the philippines and all i see are almost old mobos the new one are not budget friendly :<

1) It's okay, you'll see no difference.
2) Also okay and you should see no difference.
3) The memory should be automatically set to 1333MHz by the board.
