Is it possibile to do Dual boot for win 7 while am using win 10?

Can I install win 7 on different partition(if its possibile to keep all files from my D drive so I don't need to download evry game again)while am using win 10? I heard u need to have older win to dual boot newer one.Or if I cant preform a dual boot cuz I have win 10 can someone at least tell me some Program for multiseat(want dual boot just cuz of softxpand whos not working on win 10).
I tried Aster and I cant run 2 steams cant run 2 games at all.It says I need to set 2 different ip for each user.Setted 1 but cant set 2nd ip address.

I don't think is gonna work the way you want it.

Each OS, if you manage to have them both loaded and bootable, are not GOING TO HAVE KNOWLEDGE of what the the OS' installed programs, you will have to install them for both.

I have 2 windows 7 installs on the same machine. They are on different hard disks.
I get a choice which one to boot into when the machine powers up.
The two versions have different installed programs, different drivers, different screen background. It's like having a choice of 2 computers in one.

One of my windows installs keeps nagging me to update to windows 10. In a few months when I say yes, I assume that I will then have the choice of booting into Windows 7 or Windows 10 on the same machine.

Here's what I did:
I upgraded to Windows 10.
Then I put in the Windows 7 Install disk.
I chose a different partition to install Windows 7 on.
And it automatically set it up to dual boot between the two.
