Is it possible connect 2 speakers onto one pc?

hey, this is my motherboard

i dont have a soundcard because this has an onboard 7.1 integrated card.

but i dont know if it is possible to connect 2 speakers to one computer. I have old speakers with really nice bases, and i have new speakers that are also quite nice! but i want to connect both. Is that possible without spending any extra money?

you can get a 3.5mm splitter, by the way adding more speakers using splitters will not allow you to gain mroe volume.

if you want to connect two complete audio systems then yes you could use a splitter, just make sure you aren't trying to push your integrated soundcard too hard.

you could also connect individual speakers to the individual ports (ie if you have a 5.1 you can make two speakers the extra 2.0 for 7.1) but you might need to get a splitter to combine the two wires into one 3.5mm for this.

so yes, its possible but theres no real reason for it. agree with megamer.
