Is it possible for a power supply to not have an 8 pin connector?

I have a 430 W power supply p/n: W0070RUC. Is it possible because of its low wattage that it does not have an 8 pin connector, or is there an extra wire to plug into the power supply?

It is possible if the PSU was not intended to power a dedicated GPU that it would be left out, not necessarily because of the wattage but because it's not the PSU's intended purpose.

The thermaltake TR2 is not modular so if the plug is not there and you need it a new PSU is in order.
