[SOLVED] is it possible for all three display ports to go bad at same time..?

Wondering if it's possible for all three display ports to go bad at the same time..the reason why I ask is because my monitor won't work with the display port but does with hdmi..I'm trying to narrow it down before I buy a new monitor..I have three display ports on my gpu but one on the monitor, seems like it would be the monitor that's the prob..ty for any help..

While possible for all 3 to drop at the same time, I would agree its probably the monitor at fault.
A cheap(er) test would be an HDMI to DP or DP to HDMI adapter.
Either would rule out the GPU or the monitor.
