[SOLVED] Is it possible my Masterwatt lite 700 killed two gpus?

in the span of 1.5 years two gpus (r9 290x that was old though and now rx 580) died without a real reason in my pc. Since it's improbable it is cause of the gpus alone, can the masterwatt lite 700 I have mounted (I know it's <Mod Edit>, had to upgrade for a long time but never did it cause I'm lazy) be the cause of it (maybe the 12v lines that power the gpu)?

Yes, the masterwatt lite crossload performance is so bad, that it shouldn't be able to run. Get rid of it asap unless you want to keep throwing money away.
