[SOLVED] is it possible Overclocking an AOC 24G2U5 75hz monitor to 144hz

Hi the title basically says it all, I'm thinking of getting the 75hz version of the monitor as im unsure when the restock of the 144hz monitor will be back but if i was to buy the 75hz would it be possible to overclock it to 144hz? and what are the risks of OC it?

You wont be able to OC a 75Hz monitor to 144Hz. With luck, you may hit 90Hz.

Oh shoot, okay thats fine i was just wondering if that was possible but thank you for the reply! i'll just wait till the 144hz comes back in stock
