Question is it possible that my internal thermostat is broken?

I had a lot of stuttering freezing etc. the temperature was always high since like 2 days ago and It goes up to 80 degrees and I dont even feel any warm at all (Im using a laptop)

Try this simple test: manually set all of your laptop's internal fans to 100 percent Maximum and see if that improves the situation. If yes, then whatever existing bios or software settings that control your fans need to be adjusted.

It does not Im going to send the laptop to asus support

There's no "Internal thermostat", only sensors on different components. If some component is overheating it will throttle down to save itself.
sorry for that term I meant sensors and they dont throttle down a lil bit but a lot of stuttering happens when I test it and It goes above 105 easily
