Is it possible that this is a gt 1030?

I'm trying to buy a used gt 1030, the seller affirms this is a 1030, but I can't find one that looks like his graphic card (besides gt610 or 730).
The ones I find online don´t have a vga port and seem a little longer.
Is it possible this is a special request from a pc brand, and therefore not for public sale?
Is there a way to know for sure without connecting to pc?

It's hard to tell exactly what this is from a few poorly lit images that really only show much of the heatsink.

But I've never seen a GT 1030 with a VGA port, including an ASUS GT 1030 that has a similar looking heatsink and no VGA port.

I would pass on this. Either the seller is lying to you or he fell for something and is trying to pass off his failure to you.

Yes that was the most likely card I guessed it was myself

Deleted it as I saw a part that was different from the image, but it looks like *some* ASUS entry-level GPU from the days of medium-yore.
