Is it possible to access hidden account from welcome screen?

So I have hidden my user account using regedit to hide it from welcome screen. I want to know whether I could access this account without having to log on other user with admin permission and change the configuration in order to make the account reappear.

Try pressing twice <Ctrl><Alt><Del>

I have tried pressing <ctrl> <alt> <del> twice already, but it didn't work and just takes me right to the "Enter password" for the unhidden user account,
