Question Is it possible to add a "dummy" device to device manager?

Here's the thing, I bought a little 8inch windows 10 tablet and I wanna use it for old games and one of those games is "midtown madness 2" but it needs a mouse to start otherwise it crashes, and I don't really need a mouse since the tablet is touchscreen and I don't really want to have a USB stick out of it just to connect a mouse
So is there any way possible to add like a "fake" non existent mouse to the device manager just to trick the game to start?
