So, is it possible add sata 3.0 ports in my mobo or can I use the sata 6.0 ports for add another HDD?

Your motherboard has 6 SATA ports.

4 x SATA 6Gb/s connector(s)
2 x SATA 3Gb/s connector(s)

Make sure any SSD's you might have are on the 6GB connectors. Everything else is so slow that SATA 1.0 is still good ebough for those. If you have used both 3GB ports, put your next device into a 6GB connector. Everything is backwards compatible.
On the practical side, I would use the SATA 6.0Gbps ports for SSD's, and the SATA 3.0Gbps ports for HDD's and ODD's (if you have a optical drive). The most important is to put SSD's on the SATA 6.0Gbps as otherwise you will bottleneck the SSD on the slower bus.
