[SOLVED] Is it possible to build a console for media?

I saw someone build a retro console on Youtube where they put old games on it. It made mw wonder if that can be done but with Movies? and to have a Plex like interface to it when browsing Movies?

Sure.
That would be just a PC, in a very slightly different looking case.

My Qnap NAS box has a Plex plugin, and a remote. I could do it with that if I chose.
