Is it possible to build "futureproof" pc under £300?

I want to know if it's possible to build such kind of machine under this budget limit? Tell me any components except storage and display.

You can't build one of those with any budget - let alone £300.
What you can build is a decent all round performance PC.
Unless you want the system to be a gaming PC?

"future proof" meaning being able to play any game with only GPU and ram upgrades (my definition) is like 3-4 years at best in the technology world, and will cost you like 3-5K. For 300# you can build a nice general home use PC that will last a couple years before it feels too slow.
