Is it possible to connect a D-sub monitor with a gtx950?

GTX 950 (MSI mini-itx) has: HDMI, DisplayPort 1.2, Dual-link DVI-I, Dual-link DVI-D.

DVI-I includes provision for analog so you should be able to use a dvi-I to vga adapter or cable.

Gfx cards used to come with one of those. I guess they figure that by now very few folks still use analog displays.

Note that the adaptor will provide analog signal only when connected to the DVI-I port, not on the DVI-D:
