Is It Possible to Connect One Modem for Internet, and Another for Phone?

Is it possible to connect two modems through the same plan, BUT with two different uses? One for phone-connection, and the other for internet. I have found a stronger modem that I would rather use, but it lacks a phone-jack slot. Both modems would be independent of the other's function, meaning one with only have the phone cable (and coaxial cable, of course), and the other, only the Ethernet/coaxial.
