Is it possible to connect to wifi dongle and GoPro wifi so I can stream footage on periscope? (I have no phone data in Japan o

Periscope normally uses my phone data whilst connected through wifi to GoPro - however I have no phone data abroad, only a wifi dongle. Can I connect to both wifi networks in order to still broadcast using my GoPro?

Anything you can send through your data plan you can connect to through wifi. You can setup an shared internet connection on a computer using wifi and connect the goPro to that.
