[SOLVED] Is it possible to decrease the video memory on the Radeon Vega 3?

I had a laptop with Ryzen 3 3200u & it's equipped with Vega 3 igpu. Currently the Vega 3 takes 512mb from my 4gb ram, Is there a way so I can decrease the amount of vram that the Vega 3 use from the ram? Because I can't find anything about changing video memory on the BIOS

if there is no setting in bios, then u cant change it
with 4gb ram u should use 32bit operating system, ram usage will drop
