Question Is it possible to display anything GPU through motherboard even if CPU does not have iGPU?

i have a system with a old Dell 1660 Super with no analog (no VGA) output and i happens to use a old 720p TV for now and i found a old office monitor but with no any HDMI or DP port and only VGA Input, for now until i can afford a new monitor to game, i'm too poor to buy anything for the setup right now
However, motherboard on this system Asrock h610m-hvs/m.2 which has VGA port but before trying i noticed i have 12100f and i don't know how to display a image from GPU through motherboard but without the CPU have any iGPU in.

No, you need an iGPU for displaying anything on teh motherboard output (even if the processing is done by the dGPU)

A HDMI to VGA adapter would be very inexpensive, but be sure the male to female connects are correct
