Is it possible to download just the windows VIsta 64x on a USB Drive so i can use it for recovery?

I have a product key i just need the install disk and that is all. I have a windows Vista laptop and the stupid thing is stuck in a Startup Repair loop and no matter what i do it wont get out of it.

Microsoft only provides disk-image downloads for Windows 7, 8 & 10.

Most laptops have factory recovery built-in (hidden partition on the hard drive).
Read the instructions on how to access it with your laptop, the procedure varies according to laptop brand.
Manufacturer's website is a good place to find out.
