Question Is it possible to fix mobo with broken 18 pin?

Hello, I have a motherboard that is broken. It uses a 18 pin power connector instead of 24 which is more normal. Anyway I think the 18 pin is broken or something and I was wondering if it's possible to fix it.

What is the exact brand and model number of the motherboard, and what are the specifications (make and model) of the rest of the system components?

Also, is this a pre-manufactured PC, like an IBM, Dell, HP?
