Question Is it possible to fix this monitor?

I just saw someone sellinng this faulty chinese 24 inch monitor also full hd for only $13. And i thought about buying it and bring it to a repair shop to fix it. Is it possible to fix it?

Whether the fix is less $$ than a whole new one...unlikely.

Hard pass for me.

To a repair shop, no, would almost certainly cost more to pay someone to research, purchase, and install parts to repair. (ie if it takes more than an hour, spend what you would pay someone to find a working used monitor.

If you can find another one of that model that doesn't turn on or one that certainly has a broken screen but the boards work, you could try swapping the circuit boards from one to the other and maybe get a working monitor that way.
