HIGH SPEED is very vague. Give me a number man, what do you consider high speed?

In general, ADSL best scenario ~18 mbit/sec, u wanna go higher than that, u need cable or fiber.
When I visited my ISP's website, they typed there that you could switch to VDSL to get 100Mbps download speed, but I have no idea how to switch.

Look at the picture below:

That's my phone line and the little part says "ADSL". Correct me if I am wrong, but do I need this similar part but an VDSL one?

DSL maxes at about 20 mb/s. more than likely if they are offering faster speeds while still on DSL, then it is probably multiple DSL lines merged together. so 100 mb/s would likely be 5/6 standard DSL lines merged into 1. it's gonna cost you though for sure.

but do call them and ask what/how much you can get. or look for other companies that may offer some competition.
