Is it possible to have a lag free experience in 2015?

I am wondering if lag is something that you just have to expect or is it possible to have no packet loss or lag or rubberbanding etc.

What are the things you can do to improve the situation?

I seem to get packet loss on battlefield 4.

A good wired connection to a good internet connection.

Only if you truly live in a perfect world. There are a lot of things that can cause lag and they are basically out of your control.
