Is it possible to have a router that is not portforwardable ?

I wanna portforward to create a minecraft server but my router does not allow me . I've ben searching weeks now for the page where i can portforward but it just seems that i'm unable to , is this possible and if you are pro in this could you help me in teamviewer?

Well the brand is sagemcom and the model is cs5001 but i got the internet from a company called scarlet.

Never mind , I jfound the solution , you can change the settings on the site of the internet provider.
