Is it possible to Increase my ram?

I Have a 945GCM-S2C Motherboard and 3 GB of DDR2 ram I Know i could increase it to 4GB But i was wondering if i cold increase it to 6 or 8 GB of ddr2 ram
Is it possible?!

unfortunately no the max for ddr2 that i have come across is 1 gb, 2 gb, and 4 gb only
