Is it possible to install a pci e ×16 slot in motherboard manually, if there is space provided for that?

I have to install gtx 960, which requires pci e ×16 slot. In my motherboard, that slot is not present but space is provided for installing that slot.

It is near impossible to mount A new slot on the motherboard. Do you have a picture? I would say the answer is no. The companies that make these Mobos have machines that Can go down to fractions of a millimeter for soldering.
