Is it possible to keep z77a G45 ports powered when off?

Im just wondering if there is a way to toggle the USB ports to remain powered when the computer is switched. Is there a setting in the BIOS or is it just not possible? I need it on to charge my headset and the only USB charger I have is for my phone.

That Didn't work. Anything else? I used to charge it on my xbox because it keeps it ports powered, but I dont have it anymore.
