I have some tennants who inhabit the downstairs part of my house who torrent practically all day. I would like to kick them off the router but they have their own router they use as a bridge which is plugged into my own router, i would move the router to the upstairs portion of my house but my router requires a working phone line and none of the ones upstairs work and it costs too much to get them fixed. my router is a CG3000v2. Does anyone know how i can solve my problem. (no i cant just unplug their router)

True, the AU version seems unique, but the manual should get you close to what you need. Worth a bit of effort to get your tenants under control. They may be okay for now, but how long will that last?

I have gone into the wireless card access list to attempt to ban their mac address but their router does not show up.

your router would require a firewall or parental controls option. it is not part of the wireless settings. In the long run it may be worth fixing the phone lines if he torrents illegal stuff you will eventually get a letter demanding money for theft of copyrighted materials.

I don't think many routers allow blacklisting of ethernet MACs.

You may be able to reserve DHCP IPs for them that are outside the correct range, though.

Or grab a hot-melt glue gun and fill up the ports. I'm pretty sure it won't come out without destroying them, so make sure you don't want the router for anything else.

They connect through wired.

I had tried to kick their router through mac address which didnt work, but they seem to have gotten rid of their router and just connected their computer with ethernets seperately.
I think they figured out i was dosing their router.

I supposed i could, but that manual is not the correct manual for my device as ui looks very different and leads me to think its a different version of software
