The title explains everything. So can you pull it off?(including a monitor but without mouse and keyboard)If not can you build me a pc that is under £1000 and includes a powerful gpu and a decent Cpu .

Solution
This is the recommended build.

The 780 ti is far too expensive and at present both GPUs run all games maxed out 60fps stable.
I chose a hybrid hdd to get both the speed of an ssd and the capacity of an hdd.
Also I put windows 8 and not 8.1 because the upgrade to 8.1 is free.
If you space your budget like this, the other components will have to be very poor quality/from the absolute low end. Those kinds of components shouldn't be trusted and might fail quicly without warning.

This is more the level you should be expecting for £1000

It may be well below an i7-4770K + 780ti but still a very powerful build.
But just in case... I included an 850W PSU alongside a SLI compatible motherboard. This means you can add a 2nd GTX 770 in the future if you feel it necessary. And of course you can over-clock the CPU for extra power there.

Loads of benchmarks in this article if you want to compare the GTX 770 to others.
