[SOLVED] Is it possible to make my laptop's processor always Turbo Boost?

So, I have this laptop, that I installed a new SSD on, since the old hard drive was extremely slow. Now I have a bottleneck in my CPU. Just when trying to install updates it always stays on 100% usage. When it's on this usage, it's clocks are at about 1.5-1.8Ghz. I noticed that occasionally those clocks reach 2.5Ghz. That's when the processor gets down in usage and stays at about 60% usage. Can I make it so my CPU always Turbo Boosts to 2.5Ghz?

Laptop specs :

Model : Lenovo V110-15IAP
CPU : Intel Pentium N4200
RAM : 1 x 4GB DDR3L SODIMM
SSD : ADATA SU650 120GB
That's pretty much it.

You could try tweaking with the settings in Intel XTU, but unless you upgrade the cooling system of the laptop, it'll probably overheat and die if you do this.

Also if the power brick can't supply enough power, then it'll drain the battery at the same time.

I do not think Intel XTU supports their low power CPUs. Try ThrottleStop instead and increase the turbo power limits.

These are low power CPUs. An extra few watts can make a big difference in speed without overheating or hurting the power adapter.
