Is it possible to move Windows 7 from an HDD to a Raid 0 set up of 2 ssds

I've installed 2 SSDs that I wanted to set up in Raid, which I already did. I was hoping I could also have my OS on the one drive without having to do a clean install. My hard drive already has windows 7 on it and I want to just copy it over to the new drive, I did research and I saw it was possible with one drive but I couldn't find anything on doing it with a raid set up, I already installed a program that copies the OS over to a new drive but it needs the pro version to work with SSDs in raid and when I installed that, it didn't have the option to move the OS

I'm just asking, because most actual tests show no real world benefit, especially for the OS drive.

But for your issue, what tool did you try to use to do this?
Possibly a different one might work.
