Is it possible to overclock an AMD A8-7600 via baseclock?

As the title says, I want to overclock my A8-7600 via baseclock because it a non-K processor. I have an Asrock FM2A58M-VG3+ R2.0 motherboard and I can't find any option related to baseclock overclocking. If my motherboard does not support this function, is there any software like SetFSB? Thanks in advance!

Have you set the OC Mode to manual? (pg. 40 in the MB manual)
You can also use the EZ OC Mode.

Setting the the OC mode to manual only lets me change the PCI clock and EZ OC Mode is not available in my motherboard.
