Can't find anything about your power supply. I'm expecting it not to support long-duration high loads. Can you tell us what actual power supply you have? A model number or a picture of the side of your power supply would help.

750 watts for my system should be enough so i am very confused.

The thing is, "Cooler Power" is probably a small brand. Small brands, especially with cheap power supplies, don't always rate their PSUs for continuous load, only peak loads.

Check this:

DC Output+3.3V+5V+12V1+12V2+12V3+12V4-12V+5VSB
Max Output Current24A30A32A32A32A32A0.5A3.0A
Max Combined170W648W
6W
15W
Wattage729W21W

The max combined says 648W on the 12V rails, which isn't 750W, but still more than the 400-450ish that I expected. You should be able to overclock with your power supply, yes. It also has no actual 80 PLUS rating, only a self-proclaimed 85% effieciency rating.

You said your GPU isn't getting enough power. What are you basing that on?

Thanks, well i have tried to overclock my GPU but unfortunately when i get into a game and play for about a min or 2 my screen goes black and i am left to shutting down my computer from the power button. I've set the core clock and memory clock below normal but still get similar results, the only thing that changes is that i can be in the game for longer without it crashing but at the same time i'm losing lots of performance. I'm guessing its not receiving the recommended amount of power it needs.
